This fantastic looking car is an 1979 MGB Roadster fitted with a RPS bumper conversion kit. The car is finished in a fresh coat of the correct Brooklands Green and was first registered 6th March 1979. It was then a rubber bumper model but has been converted by us with a RPS front and rear body kit painted to match the rest of the car. The suspension has been lowered and the car sits on a set of re-furbished Rostyle wheels with good tyres to give the stunning look it now has. Being 40 years old the car is MOT and tax exempt in but has an MOT with no advisories till November 2019. The car has covered only 38,000 miles from new and until last year had sat unused and dry stored for over 20 years. The last owner (a famous musician) rescued the car and had it recommissioned for the road. The car has just had new black seat covers, sun visors, chrome wipers, washer bag, MG badge, chrome mirrors, alloy rocker cover and a new soft top hood fitted.  Mechanically the car is very good and the 1800cc engine runs very sweetly with good oil pressure and the 4 speed plus overdrive gearbox works smoothly in all gears. The engine bay is very clean and tidy. Bodily the car has been restored and repainted and the interior re-fitted  There is a full tonneau cover and a hood tonneau. The boot area is very clean and houses the spare wheel, original jack and tonneau bars in their original bags. There is also new car cover. The Green paint with the stainless grill and bonnet badge shine beautifully and the whole look of the car is superb and a little like the MGB RV8 model.
