1982 TRIUMPH TR7 CONVERTIBLE. NEW ENGINE. 5 SPEED. BORDEAUX RED METALLIC. GOLDEN TAN INTERIOR. FANTASTIC CAR. £6995
This great Triumph TR7 Convertible was first registered 3/2/1982. It was sold by Harris Bros in East Sussex to a Mrs Winchester of Hailsham. The car was serviced by Harris Bros at first and there are 6 stamps in the service book. The large history file of receipts show that the car has stayed in Sussex all its life and has been well cared for all the time with over £10,000 of receipts on file. There is also an original sales brochure in the history file. There are 15 old MOT's as well that combined with the invoices can show that the 89,900 miles recorded is correct and only 6000 miles in the last 15 years. The current MOT runs till July 2018 with no advisories. The car looks fantastic in Bordeaux Red Metallic paintwork with the Golden Tan interior and comes with an excellent tonneau cover and very good hood. The car this year had a new reconditioned unleaded head engine fitted and still needs to be run in. Also in the last 1800 miles it has had: Stainless Steel exhaust manifold and sportsexhaust with heat exhaust wrap, grooved disc brakes, green stuff pads, steering joints, handbrake and cable, wheel bearings, wheel cylinders, seat foams, steering shaft, K & N air filters, carb rebuild, fuel pump, Motolita steering wheel, steering rack, brake pipes, fuel sender, horns, brake hose, rake master, clutch slave interior trim, Hi Torq starter motor, shock absorbers, brake calipers and a new clutch. All this is documented in the file and shows that the car has everything done to it including some sensible sporty upgrades and it is now ready for its new owner to enjoy!
